At Castle Construction We provide a comprehensive, professional and courteous helpdesk service. We are completely flexible and tailor our approach to meet customer demands. This has been evidenced by the way our helpdesk staff were the driving force behind the development and introduction of the above mentioned CMMS system. Our Helpdesk is manned 24/7 for 365 days a year and consists of a team of highly experienced personnel.

24/7 Reactive Building Maintenance

Castle Construction provides coverage for all building maintenance issues 24hrs a day 7 days a week including working on petrol station forecourts.

We operative a highly skilled team of directly employed qualified maintenance operatives together with a team of strategically located sub-contractors and specialists to provide cover throughout the north of England.

All operatives are CRB checked.

All our operatives have core trades and are also multi skilled to improve efficiency and reduce costs to our clients.

Plumbers / Joiners / Electricians / Roofers / Decorators / Plasterers / Bricklayers / Tilers

All our operatives drive fully liveried vehicles and wear company uniforms at all times.

Each company vehicle is fitted with a tracker device in order to ensure that coverage and response times can be monitored and a prompt and efficient reaction time will always be provided.

All work instructions come into our Helpdesk and jobs are then allocated to our team out in the field.

Communication is paramount and therefore a close liaison is maintained between the field operatives, the operations team, our Helpdesk and the client.

All completed jobs are supported by an official job sheet and all information relating to each and every job is registered onto our computer system.

Castle Construction offer various response times dependent upon the nature of the work, which can be specified according to the clients requirements.
